Itinerary: 2 Days Pokhara Tour

Day 1 - Flight to Pokhara & Sightseeing

In the early morning we will catch our flight to Pokhara from Tribhuvan International Airport. It will take 30 minutes to reach Pokhara. After arriving we will start our sightseeing in Pokhara.

We will visit Phewa lake, the second largest lake in the Kingdom roughly measuring 1.5 by 4km, is the center of all attractions in Pokhara. We also do some boating in Phewa Lake, and visit Barahi Temple located at the center of the Lake.

Davis Falls is a unique waterfall lying about 2 KM. south-west of pokhara airport that flows directly into a narrow and deep canal which has no end.

World Peace Stupa, a massive Buddhist stupa, is situated on the top of the southern shore of Fewa lake, beside being an impressive sight in itself, The shrine is a great vantage point which offers superb views of Annapurna range and Pokhara city. Overningth in the Hotel.

Day 2 - Sunrise view from Sarangkot & flight back to kathmandu

Early in the morning, we leave for Sarangkot, a hill that overlooks the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges in the north and Pokhara city in the south. From the top of Sarangkot, we will catch amazing views of the sunrise in the mighty Himalayas. After spending some time we will head back to our hotel. And after our breakfast, we'll stroll around Fewa lakes and then fly back to kathmandu. Overnight in the hotel.

Best Season/Time for 2 Days 1 Night Pokhara Tour

The climate of Pokhara is tropical with mild temperatures all through the year. Even though the city has pleasant and moderate weather conditions throughout the year. Autumn ( September to November) is considered the best time to visit Pokhara. As it's a peak tourist season with the maximum number of visitors coming during this period. The weather is pleasant and the skies tend to be clear.

During winters, the temperature can go as low as 5 °C while in summers, it can rise as high as 24°C. The most favourable time to plan the trip can also depend on your purpose of visiting. For adventure sports lovers December and January can also be considered to visit here.
